This HP001GZ Hammer Drill/Driver has a brushless DC motor with high power to weight ratio which generates less heat buildup and is ideal for prolonged use in manufacturing / production applications. It has a variable torque thumb dial with digital display to provide a visual confirmation of selected torque value and has 41 electronic clutch settings to deliver up to 1240 in. lbs. or torque. The HP001GZ also has a mechanical 2-speed control which will allow the operator to quickly access high and low speed modes.
This tool has great advanced technology such as Active Feedback sensing Technology (AFT) to automatically shuts down the tool if there is a sudden drop in rotation speed (e.g. kick-back), eXtreme Protection Technology (XPT) which offers maximum protection against dust, debris and liquids for optimal performance in extreme conditions, a battery protection system provides over-discharge, temperature and circuit protection for enhanced performance, battery cycle life and overall battery life.
